  1. 3 cups rice (3/4 cooked)

  2. 1 pkt long bean s (chopped finely)

  3. 1 pc carrot (chopped finely)

  4. 3 egg s

  5. 4 pcs fish ball/fish tofu

  6. 3 tsp Knorr chicken stock

  7. 5 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Add oil and fry eggs. Stir and mix until cooked.

  2. Add in long beans, carrots and fish balls/fish tofu and mix well until vegetables cooked.

  3. Add rice and mix everything evenly.

  4. Add seasoning and serve on plates.
