  2. 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

  3. 2 cups diced cooked chicken

  4. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  5. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  6. 21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
