  1. 1 cup packed brown sugar

  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  3. 1/2 cup chili sauce

  4. 13 bacon strips, cut into thirds

  5. 1 can (8 ounces) whole water chestnuts, drained

  6. 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, mayonnaise and chili sauce. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil; set aside. Wrap a bacon piece around water chestnut and pineapple; secure with a toothpick. Broil until bacon is crisp, about 5 minutes; turn. Broil 4 minutes longer or until bacon is crisp. Serve with sauce. Yield: 39 appetizers.
