  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Hoisin sauce

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Ketchup

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced jalapeño chili

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Whole pork tenderloin - cut 3/4" cubes

  5. Salt - to taste

  6. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  7. 1 Pineapple - peeled, cored, (small)

  8. And cut into 1" cubes

  1. Prepare hot fire in grill. Combine hoisin sauce, ketchup and jalapeño chili; set aside.

  2. Season pork cubes with salt and pepper. Thread pork onto skewers; grill over direct heat for about 4 minutes, turn and glaze with hoisin mixture. Continue cooking on grill just until pork develops a rich brown color, for about 8 to 10 minutes total cooking time.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
