  1. 1 packet Fat-free turkey bacon - cut into 1" pieces

  2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onions - chopped

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Ketchup

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml White vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Prepared mustard

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  9. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Black pepper

  10. 15 1/2 oz 440g Great northern beans - canned, drained

  11. 1/3 cup 78ml Equal(r) spoonful sweetener

  1. Cook bacon pieces in medium saucepan over medium-high heat four minutes. Add onions and cook until bacon is crisp and onions are tender.

  2. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, white vinegar, water, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and beans.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until flavors are blended, 20 minutes. Add sweetener.
