  1. 1 large eggplant

  2. 2 large eggs

  6. 1 medium ricccotta cheese

  7. 1 small mozzarella cheese , shredded

  8. 1 large tomatoe sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon(s) italian seasoning

  1. peel then slice eggplant length wise

  2. heat skillet pre heat oven

  3. place eggplant in mixed egg and milk then saute on both sides till tender watch don,t burn

  4. place sauted eggplant on plate seperated with paper towels

  5. ( after this step,can freeze for later use layer &bake!) layer in baking dish in this order sauce eggplant riccotta cheese sauce eggplant riccatta cheese top with shredded mozzerella cheese and italian seasoning bake until cheese melts

  6. bake in preheated 425 degree oven
