  1. 2 cups dry milk powder

  2. 1 1/2 cups sugar

  3. 2/3 cup boiling water

  4. 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted and slightly cooled

  5. Mix dry ingredients and slowly add to boiling water. Stir in melted butter or margarine. Whip in blender or by hand until smooth. Stores in fridge for a week or freezes for six months.
