    1. 1 1/4 cups 2 tbsp flour

    2. 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of cloves

    3. 1 stick butter, room temp

    4. 1 cup sugar

    5. 1/2 tbsp molasses

    6. 2 eggs

    7. 1/4 cup sugar, for rolling Chocolate Ganache Ingredients

    8. 3/4 cup heavy cream

    9. 1 tbsp butter

    10. 1 cup 2 tbsp chocolate, chopped (I used milk chocolate, but I think dark would have been a better match)
