  1. 1 boiled sweet corn, crushed

  2. 2 tbsp sweet corn seed

  3. 200 ml of liquid milk

  4. 30 g cornstarch

  5. 1/4 tsp salt

  6. 50 g sugar

  1. : 1. Mix boiled sweet corn and milk, puree in blender.

  2. Add cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Enter sweet corn seed.

  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened and boiling.

  5. Pour batter into pudding mold.

  6. Store in freezer until frozen.

  7. Remove from mold and serve.
