  1. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. 1 small onion or 100 g, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  3. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped

  4. 1 small carrot or 75 g, finely chopped 300 g lean minced lamb

  5. 1 teaspoon ground turmeric tablespoon curry powder, or as much as you prefer tablespoon plain flour

  6. 4 medium tomatoes or 600 g, finely chopped 1 cup water or 250 ml 2 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Less Salt Bouillon

  7. 500 g fettuccini pasta, cooked, or any pasta of your choice

  1. Preparation Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry onions for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger and carrots and fry for 2 minutes. Add minced meat and cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Add turmeric, curry powder, flour and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, water and MAGGI® Chicken Less Salt Bouillon cubes. Bring to boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with the cooked pasta.
