  1. 1 Qt. Plain Yogurt (laban)

  2. 1 Clove Garlic, crushed beyond all recognition

  3. 1 Large Cucumber , either peeled and sliced thin, or chopped

  4. 1 t spearmint , crushed in your palm

  5. 1/2 t Salt Optional

  6. 1 Large Tomato , seeded and diced

  7. 1 t dried dill
