  1. 1/2 pound ham

  2. 2 tablespoons onion

  3. 1 pinch nutmeg

  5. 1/4 pound swiss cheese

  6. 3 tablespoons mustard

  1. Preparation : In a small skillet, cook the ham with the onion and nutmeg in the oil until the onion softens, about 1 minute. Prepare the burgers according to their recipe, adding the sauteed ham and onion to the meat mixture. Put 2 to 3 slices of cheese on each burger 1 minute before it is done cooking. Cook until the cheese melts. Spread interior of buns with mustard, if desired.
