  1. 1 pound hamburger

  2. 1 cup bread crumbs

  3. 1 egg

  4. 4 tbsp chopped onion

  5. 2 tbsp chopped green pepper

  6. 1 tsp salt Dash of pepper

  7. 3/4 cup uncooked rice

  8. 1 can tomato soup

  9. 2 cups boiling water

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients. Shape into balls. Heat soup and boiling water in casserole. Add meat balls. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
