  1. 2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes cereal (crushed to 1 cup)

  2. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened

  6. 3/4 cup sugar

  7. 2 egg whites

  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  9. 1/4 cup fat-free milk

  10. 1 can (16 oz.) sliced peaches, well-drained and diced

  12. 2 tablespoons sugar

  13. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. In medium bowl combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN COMPLETE Wheat Flakes cereal, flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and salt. Set aside.

  2. In large mixing bowl beat together butter and 3/4 cup sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until thoroughly combined. Add egg whites and vanilla, beating until smooth. Beat in half of the cereal mixture. Add milk; mix well. Beat in remaining cereal mixture. Gently mix in peaches. Spread batter evenly in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

  3. Bake at 375 F about 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Serve warm.
