  1. 4 x Chicken breast,boned

  2. 2 c Bell pepper,chopped or slice

  3. 2 c Red pepper,chopped or sliced

  4. 2 x Green onions, sliced

  5. 2 ts Curry, more-less, to taste

  6. 1/4 ts Turmeric

  7. 4 x Red Apple, cored-sliced

  8. 1 c Water

  1. Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
