  1. 2 (0 1/3 ounce) packages sugar-free raspberry gelatin Fresh Cranberry Relish (recipe follows)

  2. 1 orange

  3. 1 (12-ounce) package fresh or thawed frozen cranberries

  4. 2 medium tart apples, unpeeled, cored and coarsely chopped

  5. 5 1/4 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 18 packets Equal sweetener or 3/4 cup Equal Spoonful™

  6. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  1. Prepare gelatin according to package directions except use 1 1/2 cups boiling water and 1 1/2 cups cold water; refrigerate until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Prepare Fresh Cranberry Relish; stir into gelatin mixture and spoon into lightly greased 8 cup mold or casserole. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. To unmold, briefly dip mold into warm water and loosen top edge of mold with tip of sharp knife. Unmold onto serving plate lined with salad greens.
