  1. 1/4 Olive oil

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon or lime juice

  3. 3 Garlic - minced

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Honey

  5. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Dried thyme - crushed

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Red pepper flakes

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. 4 Chicken breast halves

  9. Boneless and skinless

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well.

  2. Cut chicken lengthwise into strips about 1 inch wide.

  3. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers; brush generously with sauce mixture.

  4. Grill chicken over hot coals, covered, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through, basting with sauce once or twice. Discard remaining sauce.
