  1. 1 cup sugar

  2. 1 egg

  3. 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine sugar and egg. Add peanut butter, stir until well blended. Select disk for cookie press--usually use one of the ones that look like a flower--make sure the number of the disk is facing away (outward) from the dough. Fill the press with dough and press about one inch apart on baking sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes. Watch carefully to make sure they don’t burn. You can add a chocolate kiss to the top while still warm or melt some chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle on melted chocolate. I use a zip lock bag with a tip cut off one corner.
