  1. 1 (200g) package roasted chicken breast fillets - skin removed, cubed 175g (6 oz) seedless grapes, halved 85g (3 oz) red onion, diced 3 stalks celery, diced 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips 140g (5 oz) blanched flaked almonds 170ml (6 fl oz) mayonnaise
