  1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

  2. 4 c. sliced peaches

  3. 2 tbsp. cornstarch

  4. 1 c. sugar

  5. 1/2 c. water

  6. Pinch of salt

  7. Cook on top of stove until partially thickened. Stir as it may stick. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dab some butter on top.

  8. STREUSEL TOPPING:

  9. 1 c. flour

  10. 1/2 c. brown sugar

  11. 1/2 c. butter

  12. 2 crust pie. Use a

  13. 9 inch pie pan. Bake

  14. 30-40 minutes at

  15. 350 degrees.
