  1. 1/3 c Fresh lime juice -- (from 2 limes)

  2. 1/3 c EDEN Olive Oil

  3. 1/3 c EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar

  4. 3 tb EDEN Ume Plum Vinegar

  5. 2 Garlic cloves -- peeled and pressed

  6. 1/4 ts Lima Sea Salt

  7. 3 tb Warm water

  8. 1 tb Fresh basil, minced

  9. 1 tb Fresh dill weed, minced

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar, cover and shake well. Chill and store in refrigerator. Prep.
