  1. 1 Beaten egg

  2. 3 tb Fine dry bread crumbs

  3. 1 1/2ts Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1/2lb Ground beef

  5. 1/2pk Brown gravy mix

  6. 1/2sm Onion, sliced and separated

  7. Into rings

  8. 2 tb Thinly sliced celery

  1. + Combine eggs,crumbs,Worcestershire sauce and dash of pepper.

  2. Add beef; mix well.

  3. Shape into two 1/2" thick patties.

  4. Place in a microwave safe 10 x 6 x 2" baking dish.

  5. Cover with waxed paper.

  6. Microwave,loosely covered,on 100%(high) for 2 minutes,rotating baking dish a half turn once.

  7. Turn patties over.

  8. Cook,loosely covered,for 1 to 2 minutes more or until done.

  9. Remove patties,reserving drippings in dish.

  10. Keep patties warm.

  11. Stir gravy mix,onion,celery and dash of pepper into reserved drippings.

  12. Stir in 1/2 cup water.

  13. Cook,uncovered,for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened and bubbly,stirring every minute.

  14. Skim off fat.

  15. Spoon over patties.

  16. Makes 2 servings.
