  7. 1 1/4 c Chocolate Wafer Crumbs

  8. --FUDGE SAUCE--

  9. 6 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

  10. 3 tb Butter

  11. 1/2 c Heavy Cream (whipping cream)

  12. 1 tb Coffee Flavored Liqueur

  13. --FILLING--

  14. 1 qt Coffee Ice Cream; softened

  15. Whipping Cream (Optional)

  16. 2 tb Coffee Flavored Liqueur

  17. CRUST:

  18. Combine over hot (not boiling) water, 1/2 C chocolate chips and butter

  19. , stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Add chocolate wa

  20. fer crumbs, stir until well blended. Press into 9-inch pie pan. Chill un

  21. til firm. FUDGE SAUCE:

  22. Combine over hot (not boiling) water remaining 1 1/2 C chocolate chips,

  23. heavy cream, and butter. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is s

  24. mooth. Remover from heat, stir in coffee flavored liqueur. Chill 10

  25. minutes. Spread 1/2 C sauce on bottom of chocolate cookie crust. Chi

  26. ll 15 minutes. FILLING:

  27. In large bowl, combine ice cream and coffee flavored liqueur. Pour over

  28. Fudge Sauce layer in pie pan. Freeze several hours or until firm. Serv
