  1. 2 apples , cored

  2. 4 teaspoon(s) chopped dried fruit , such as cranberries, raisins or dates

  3. 4 teaspoon(s) chopped toasted nuts , such as pecans, walnuts or almonds

  4. 1 teaspoon(s) honey pinch(s) cinnamon

  5. 1/2 cup(s) apple cider

  6. 1/4 cup(s) plain yogurt

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine fruit, nuts, honey and cinnamon; spoon into the apples. Place the apples in a small baking dish and pour apple cider around them. Cover with foil. Bake until tender, about 45 minutes. Serve topped with yogurt.
