  1. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Asadero cheese; shredded

  2. 4 oz 113g Jalapenos - fresh, seeded, chopped

  3. 4 oz 113g Poblanos - fresh, deveined, julienne

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Half & half

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Onion - finely chopped

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cumin - ground

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  1. Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.

  2. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
