  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Pork shoulder; boneless*

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar - packed

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tequila

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Molasses

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  7. 2 Garlic - finely chopped

  8. 1/3 cup 78ml Water

  9. 1 Green onion w/top - sliced

  1. * Pork should be cut up into 1-inch cubes.

  2. Place pork cubes in single layer in 10-inch skillet. Top with remaining ingredients except green onion. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

  3. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally until the water has evaporated and the pork is slightly caramelized, about 35 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with green onion and serve with wooden picks.
