  1. 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernel corn

  2. 1 (15 ounce) can black beans , drained and rinsed

  3. 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa , divided

  4. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  1. In a 3 qt slow cooker, combine the corn, beans, and 1/2 of the salsa. Top with chicken, pour remaining salsa over the chicken.

  2. Cover and cook until meat juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
