    7. 1 cup yogurt cheese -- see Recipe

    8. 1 tablespoon honey

    9. 4 teaspoons Grand Marnier

    10. 1 teaspoon orange zest -- grated

    11. In small bowl, stir together yogurt cheese, honey, Grand Marnier and orange zest.

    12. Serve as a topping for fresh fruit.

    13. Makes about 1 cup.
