  2. 2 cups 474ml Medium apples - peeled and fine chop

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Prepared mincemeat

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Light cream

  5. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Brown sugar - packed

  6. 1/4 tablespoon 3.8ml Salt

  7. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped nuts

  1. Recipe Instructions In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and salt. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375F for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
