  1. 16 ounces chicken livers

  2. 1 cup flour

  3. 2 teaspoons salt

  4. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  5. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  7. 2 eggs , slightly beaten

  8. 8 ounces panko peanut oil (for frying, at least 2 inches deep in deep fryer)

  1. Heat oil in deep fryer 325 degrees F.

  2. Place flour,salt,cayenne,black pepper,and ginger.

  3. in a shallow dish. Mix well.

  4. Put eggs in a shallow dish.

  5. Pour Panko crumbs into a shallow dish.

  6. Coat livers with seasoned flour and shake off excess.

  7. Dip in beaten eggs and then coat with Panko bread crumbs.

  8. Fry a few at a time and cook until golden brown and 9 livers are done. Serve with coleslaw or fresh salad. ?
