    1. 1/2 c Butter

    2. 10 Eggs

    3. 1/2 c Flour

    4. 1 ts Baking powder

    5. Salt; to taste 8 oz Green chili peppr; chop

    6. Ortego 1 pt Cottage cheese; small curd

    7. 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese; grated

    8. 1/2 Cheddar &

    9. 1/2 Jack Melt butter in

    10. 9 x 13 pan in oven. Beat eggs lightly. Add flour, bkg pwd and salt; mix well. Add melted butter, cottage cheese, cheeses and peppers. Bake

    11. 400-15 minutes; then

    12. 350 - 35-40 minutes; or until

    13. firm. May be frozen and reheated. --
