  1. 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)

  2. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  3. 3/4 cup sugar

  4. 1/4 cup artificial sweetener

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 2 eggs

  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  8. 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

  9. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  10. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  11. 3 ripe mashed bananas

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, apple sauce and sugar/sweetener; mix well. Add salt, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and bananas; mix well. Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes.
