  2. 4 large duck eggs

  3. 8 ounce(s) heavy cream

  4. 4 teaspoon(s) hot sauce

  5. 4 ounce(s) smoked gouda , grated 4 slice(s) whole grain bread , toasted

  1. brush 4 1 cup ramekins with butter

  2. place 1 duck egg in each ramekin

  3. pour 2 ounces heavy cream in each ramekin

  4. add 1tsp hot sauce to each ramekin

  5. top each ramekin w/ 1 oz smoked gouda

  6. serve over whole grain bread
