  5. 2 1/4 c Oat bran Cereal; uncooked

  6. 3/4 c Skim milk;

  7. 1/4 c Nuts; chopped

  8. 1/4 c Honey;

  9. 1/4 c Raisins;

  10. 2 Eggs, beaten

  11. 2 ts Baking powder

  12. 2 tb Vegetable oil

  13. 1/2 ts Salt Pre heat oven

  14. 425. Coat

  15. 12 medium-size muffin cups with vegetable

  16. oil or line with paper baking cups. In large bowl combine Oat Bran

  17. cereal, nuts, raisins, baking powder, and salt. Add remaining

  18. ingredients; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill

  19. prepared muffin cups almost full. Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden

  20. brown. Serve warm.
