  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Flour

  7. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Hot water

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Beef bouillon

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Red wine

  10. 6 oz 170g Shell macaroni

  11. 1 Sliced mushrooms - (2 oz) - drained

  12. 1 cup 237ml Dairy sour cream

  1. Recipe Instructions In skillet cook ground beef and onion until red color disappears. Drain meat and place in slow-cooker. Stir in salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and flour. Add water, bouillon, and wine; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours. In the meantime, cook macaroni according to package directions. Add cooked macaroni, mushrooms, and sour cream to slow-cooker; stir to mix ingredients. Cover and cook on HIGH for 10 to 15 minutes. This recipe yields 4 servings.
