  2. 2 Garlic - chopped

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dijon mustard

  4. 1 Egg

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Crab

  7. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Flour

  8. 2 Green onions - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Blend 1/2 cup corn, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and egg in blender until smooth. Add remaining corn, crab, onions and enough flour to make thick mixture. Fry in skillet. To make low-fat and high fiber, use 2 egg whites instead of whole egg and substitute oat flakes for flour.
