  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. Mazola cooking spray

  3. 1 c. flour

  4. 1 c. quick oats

  5. 1/2 c. sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp. salt

  7. 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  8. 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  9. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  10. 2 egg whites

  11. 1/3 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup

  12. 1 tsp. vanilla

  13. 1/2 c. raisins

  14. DIRECTIONS:

  15. 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Combine egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla and stir into dry ingredients until well mixed. Add raisins. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoons full onto cookie sheet. Bake

  16. 10 minutes or until firm and light golden brown on top. Remove and cool on a wire rack. Cookies are chewy and taste better the second day.
