  1. 1 1/2 cups amish starter

  2. 3 eggs

  3. 1/2 cup oil

  4. 1/2 cup applesauce

  5. 1/2 cup buttermilk

  6. 2 (1/3 ounce) boxes sugar-free strawberry gelatin , mix

  7. 1/4 cup sugar

  8. 2 cups flour

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  10. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  12. 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries

  13. 1 tablespoon sugar

  1. Mix together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.

  2. Toss the strawberries with the 1T of sugar and stir them in last.

  3. Pour into 5 greased mini loaf pans and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
