  1. 1 c. coarse bread crumbs

  2. 2 tbls. finely minced onion

  3. 1/8 tsp. salt

  4. 4 tbls. milk

  5. 1 egg

  6. 1 c. finely broken or cut pecans

  1. Preparation : Mix bread crumbs, onion, salt, milk and slightly beaten egg and let stand half an hour. Stir in the finely broken pecan meats and shape into small patties. Fry in hot butter, turning once, until a brown crust forms on both sides. Serve at once.
