  1. 2 (8oz) pkg fresh mushrooms. (i use portabella mushrooms when i can).

  2. 4 fully cooked pork sausage links,(i use zesty italian sausage).

  3. 2 pkg. dry onion soup mix.

  4. 1 8oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese.

  5. 2-3 teaspoons hot sauce. can leave this out. if you want to

  1. cover grill grate with aluminum foil. preheat grill. or use swing grate over campfire. clean mushrooms,and twist off stems from cap.cut up and save. cut cooked sausage into very small pieces.in a mixing bowl combine dry soup mix,sausage,hot sauce,and,stem pieces mix together. stuff mushroom caps with sausage mix. place stuffed mushroom caps,(capside down) on foil grill for abought 15-20 min, on med heat. the last 5-7 min put a bit of shredded cheese on top of capscook till cheese melts.
