  2. 2 lbs chicken wings, chopped

  3. 1 med onion , chopped

  4. 3 cloves garlic , cut in half

  5. 1 carrot , chopped

  6. 1 celery stalk, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 450 deg F. Place roasting pan on high heat on stovetop, add oil for a minute, add chicken pieces, stir, and put in oven for 45 min, stirring occasionally. Add veggies, 15 min, add 4 cups water, stir, roast 20 min more. Cool, strain.
