    1. 1 cn (10oz) mandarin orange

    2. 1 Envelope Dream whip dessert

    3. 1 ts Dark rum

    4. 1 c Canned or dairy eggnog

    5. 1 pk Jell-o lemon jelly powder

    6. 1 c Halved green grapes

    7. 3/4 c Cold water

    8. 1 c Boiling water

    10. 1 pk (85 gr) Jell-o cherry jelly

    1. A beautiful Christmas dessert centrepiece begins with an eggnog base under a glistening red crown filled with mandarin oranges and grapes.

    2. Drain mandarin orange segments.

    3. Dissolve cherry jell-o powder in 1 cup boiling water.

    4. Add cold water.

    5. Chill until slightly thickened.

    6. Add mandarin oranges and grapes.

    7. Spoon into a 6 cup jelly mould.

    8. Chill until set but not firm; surface should be sticky when adding second layer.

    9. Meanwhile dissolve lemon Jell-o jelly powder in 1 cup boiling water.

    10. Cool slightly.

    11. Add eggnog and rum.

    12. Chill until slightly thickened.

    13. Prepare Dream Whip as directed on package; reserve 1 cup.

    14. Fold eggnog mixture into remaining Dream Whip.

    15. Spoon over fruit jelly layer in mould.

    16. Chill until set, 4 hours or overnight.

    17. Unmould onto chilled serving plate.

    18. Granish with remaining Dream Whip if desired.

    19. Makes 10 servings.
