Ingredients Jump to Instructions ↓

  1. 225g plain flour

  2. 13g fresh yeast, dissolved in a little warm water

  3. 1/2 tsp salt

  4. 100ml hand-hot water

  5. 2 pinches dried oregano

  6. pepperoni slices

  7. chorizo slices

  8. salami slices

  9. 2 balls mozzarella in brine

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Half the dough and shape into two balls. Put onto a floured plate, cover loosely with a clean tea towel and place in a warm place to rise (approx 1 hour). It will rise to a 1/4 to 1/2 again in size. An airing cubboard is a good place.

  2. Pre-heat the oven to its highest setting. On a floured surface roll out each ball as thin as you can. Don't worry if it is not perfectly round. Place the base onto a floured pizza tray.

  3. Spread approx 1 & 1/2 tabs of the tomato sauce onto the base. Add 1 mozzarella ball (drained and sliced into approx 6 slices), the meat slices and a sprinkle of oregano.

  4. Bake in the oven for approx 12-15 mins.
