  1. 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  2. 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

  3. 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

  4. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  5. 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries

  6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  7. 2 (9 inch) graham cracker crusts

  8. Fresh mint

  9. Additional walnuts

  10. Additional maraschino cherries

  1. In a bowl, combine milk and whipped topping. Gently fold in pineapple, nuts, cherries and lemon juice. Pour into the crusts. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with mint, nuts and cherries.
