  1. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and 1/4 c sugar; press into bottom of pan(9x13) beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 c sugar in large bowl until well blended add dry gelatin mix, mix well. stir in peaches and whipped topping spoon into crust, refigerate 4 hours or until firm.
