  2. 2 cups milk, scalded

  3. 1/3 cup flour

  4. 2 tablespoons sugar

  5. 2 eggs, yolks only

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla extract and yolks of egg.

  2. Add slowly the scalded milk.

  3. Beat well.

  4. Put in a sauce pan, place on fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  5. Pass through strainer before serving.
