  1. 200 g 1 pc, cut into 8 slices 100 g 8 portions

  2. 1 tbsp Freshly Minced Garlic

  3. 1 tsp Mirin

  4. 1 tbsp Toppings Shredded green Onion Sliced, deep-fried garlic

  1. Put crab leg flesh on bean curd. Steam over high heat for about 7 minutes until heated through. Pour away excess liquid. Pour over seasoning mix. Garnish with shredded green onion and deep-fried garlic. Serve hot. Remarks: Alaska leg flesh can be replaced by other crab leg flesh.
