  1. 4 baskets strawberries

  2. 2 cups sugar

  3. 5 Tablespoons corn starch

  4. red food coloring

  1. Clean strawberries and reserve enough large berries to line the pie shell.

  2. Crush remaining berries and mix with sugar, corn starch and food coloring. Heat until thick.

  3. Let cool, pour some of the sauce on the bottom of pie shell and line with reserved large berries.

  4. Pour sauce on top. Refrigerate till firm, top with Cool Whip.
