    1. 6 Premio Mild Italian Sausages

    2. 6 tablespoons butter

    3. 2 garlic cloves - minced

    4. 1/2 yellow onion , finely chopped

    5. 1 cup chicken broth

    6. 1/4 cup chopped button mushrooms

    7. Salt and pepper to taste

    8. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

    9. 2 tablespoons basil

    10. 1/4 cup frozen peas

    11. 1/4 cup fresh sugar snap peas (in pod)

    12. 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves, stems removed and torn in half

    13. 1/4 cup shredded Romano

    14. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan

    15. 1 pound penne, cooked al dente
