  1. 1 cup copha

  2. 6 tablespoons cocoa

  3. 2 cups icing sugar

  4. 1 cup coconut

  5. 4 cups rice bubbles

  1. Melt copha in a saucepan. Sift icing sugar into a bowl and mix in cocoa, coconut and rice bubbles. Pour melted copha into rice bubble mixture and mix well. Put tablespoons of mixture into patty pans on a tray. Put into the fridge until it sets.
